Rodney Schansman, Chief Executive Officer
Rodney serves as FTRANS Corp. CEO and member of the Board of Directors and is responsible for leadership and strategic direction of the company. He is a 25-year veteran of commercial finance, healthcare finance and private equity. As a 15-year veteran and Senior Vice President of Bank of America Specialized Lending group, Rodney's experience spans the operating disciplines of commercial finance including underwriting, origination, technology and funding. After growing BofA’s Specialized Lending portfolio to $1 billion in net funds employed and selling it to GMAC in 2000, Rodney spent three years as an SVP with Bank of America Equity Partners deploying the bank’s capital in strategic investments.
Rodney co-founded Finacity, Inc. (with JV partners Kleiner Perkins, Euler ACI and Texas Pacific Group), a technology-enabled receivables securitization company. Rodney has also led the start-up of several other healthcare financing companies including Inworks Servicing, a healthcare payment cycle management and funding company and Prime Revenue, a vendor finance technology company. Mr. Schansman graduated from Georgia State University with degrees in Accounting and Finance.
Anne M. Roe, Vice President of Operations
Anne brings over 20 years of experience in operations and customer service to FTRANS Corp. and is vice president of operations. Prior to joining FTRANS Corp, Anne managed multiple front-line reps and managers at Fortune 100 companies. Anne has an established record of exceeding goals and has enhanced customer satisfaction through employee motivation, process improvement, and facilitating interdepartmental relations. Anne’s focus on customer service and administration has led to increased customer loyalty and profitability.
Todd Guthrie, CFO
Todd Guthrie serves as practice partner for TechCXO LLC. He has extensive experience in executive support of all aspects of financial institutions, manufacturing, and services businesses. Mr. Guthrie has served as CFO for Sidel North & Central America, the Tetra Laval subsidiary, providing six years of financial leadership for the $330M territory. Mr. Guthrie also served as Vice President for Lund International Holdings and as CFO for their largest subsidiary providing financial leadership of the $200MM public holding company in Anoka, Minnesota and the $85MM, Atlanta-based automotive accessories supplier. As an entrepreneur, he started and managed his own leasing business for ten years before selling in 2010. It continues in operation today.
Mr. Guthrie is a Georgia-licensed CPA and started his career with KPMG Atlanta where he served for six years in both KPMG’s Financial Institutions practice and Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution practice. Major financial clients included Synovus, First National Bancorp, and Decatur Federal. Todd studied accounting and computer science at Bob Jones University in South Carolina.
John Chandy, Vice President of Software & Development
John Chandy brings over 12 years of experience building financial transaction systems to FTRANS Corp. and is director of development. While at Opus Software, John worked on multiple financial application development projects such as Western Union's Web-enabled money order system, Delos Payment Systems’ (now CoreCard Software) fraud detection and collection system, PaySys’s online credit decision management system, HDFC’s ATM fraud monitoring software, and HDFC’s TradeNow e-commerce brokerage system. In addition, John has developed applications for ICICI Bank, Robertson Bank, and HDFC Bank (India).
John earned a B.S in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Pune (India).
